Demonstration Session

IEEE CAMAD 2012 is proud to host a demonstration session that provides a forum for researchers and developers from academia, industry, and government to interact with and explore their latest research results. Towards this goal, IEEE CAMAD 2012 solicits demonstrations presenting latest original results and ongoing efforts in the general area of networking and communications. Participants are invited to submit interesting demonstrative testbeds and results in all fields of networking and communications, with special interest in wireless mobile communications, energy saving in wireless networks, and cognitive radios.

The Demonstration session provides a venue for hands-on experience for conference attendees and a means for researchers and attendees to interact with new research prototypes and testbeds. Demonstration presenters will be provided with enough space for their demonstrative testbeds, in addition to a poster placement explaining their demonstration, experimental setups and findings.

All demonstrations will be reviewed and judged based on their originality, technical contribution and, particularly, their potential to generate interesting and interactive exchanges of ideas.

Abstracts:

Demonstration abstracts are limited to 2 pages and should highlight the leading ideas of the on-going research and its expected outcome and impact. The abstract should clearly present the details of demonstrative prototype or testbed and its main findings and results. Moreover, demonstration abstracts should, in particular, describe any special requirements for space and any other requirements (such power supplies, internet access, etc.). Accepted demonstrations must be presented at the workshop, and at least one author must be registered for the conference.
