Author Guidelines

A full paper should not have more than five (5) IEEE style pages including results, figures and references. For more information on the submission guidelines including page limit, font size, templates, etc, please click here. Papers should be submitted in a PDF format at the EDAS System.

Papers will be reviewed with the standard reviewing procedure (with at least 3 independent anonymous reviews). Accepted papers will be published on IEEExplore.

The best accepted paper will receive the Best Paper Award, sponsored by IEEE ComSoc CSIM Technical Committee.

At least one author of accepted papers is required to register at the full registration rate.

For the submission of the final manuscripts, the following guidelines should be followed:

1) If you are using Microsoft Word, make sure you use the most current version of the program to help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues.
2) Do not insert page numbers.
3) Do not insert nor headers and footers.
4) Leave at least a margin of 0.5 inches for the top and bottom of the final PDF.

Please note:

• Papers accepted for CAMAD 2012 will be included in the conference Proceedings, IEEEXplore, and EI Index, with the exception that IEEE reserves the right to exclude any paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers that are removed from IEEE Xplore will not be available through the EI Index.

• To be published in the IEEE CAMAD 2012 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and must present the paper at the conference. Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE CAMAD 2012 Conference Proceedings. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE CAMAD 2012 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.
